Someone asked me - I forgot who - if this house could be uploaded, but my game doesn't like to package lots with many stuff inside. So I offer you the lite version; undecorated, with just the stairs, walls and floors included. I used Buggybooz' Nooks & Niches stairs, so you need to pick up the master mesh in order to get the stairs show up correctly.







It's on a 1x2 lot and with its §12.172 perfect for a bachelor! All EPs and SPs required.
