They're all unfurnished, mainly because.. I wanted to build first and then decorate. :P Anyway, these come all without CC. I have all the EPs and SPs, so please use the clean installer.

- And yes, I do realise there's no Butter Street 1. I was not satisfied with the building and bulldozed it. It'll come, though! :P Also I am going to build this whole hood with my own houses. Butter Street is a generally poor street and houses are small, simple or industrial. Honey Lane  has already some more complex house plans and nicer gardens.

What adorable houses! I was thinking of starting a BACC, but found the idea of building everything daunting... I might just have to use these to start out!
